Initiate Your Request
Log into your Oxyenergy account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
